Because these positions typically hold significant leadership responsibilities and decision-making power within their organizations. The membership seeks to build a community of influential high-level leaders in shaping business strategies. They drive organizational growth, and making a meaningful impact in their industries and communities. By focusing on individuals in these roles, the Garden’s Executive Membership ensures its members are leaders who can contribute to and benefit from a network designed to support and empower women in executive leadership.
